What does it cost?

Pricing depends on your guest count, the length of service, the bar and menu you choose, and travel distance. The booking form shows your estimate as you build it, so you can adjust and see the number move in real time.

How far will you travel?

We serve roughly a 65-mile radius around our Franklin, Tennessee home base, covering greater Nashville and well beyond. If your venue is near the edge of that range, start a booking and the form will flag it, or reach out and we will sort out the details.

Are you licensed and insured?

Completely. Every setup is fully licensed, insured and permitted, and our bartenders hold the required Tennessee ABC server permits. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, we are happy to provide one.

Coffee, cocktails, or both?

Both, in any combination. Build an espresso bar, a craft cocktail bar, zero-proof refreshers and mocktails, a simple beer and wine service, or mix and match. We build the menu around your event and your crowd.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better, especially for weekends in spring and fall. Popular dates go months ahead. That said, we do our best with shorter timelines. Events inside 48 hours need a quick confirmation from our team rather than instant booking.

Where is your cafe?

Our flagship coffee trailer is parked in the heart of Leipers Fork at 4136 Old Hillsboro Rd, Franklin, TN, open seven days a week for craft espresso, refreshers and small bites. A roving Mobile Cafe hits the road across greater Nashville in summer 2026.
