We arrive early, set the bar before guests do, pour all night and pack out clean.

Two things couples ask first
You provide the alcohol, we pour it
Under Tennessee state liquor laws, mobile bars are not allowed to buy alcohol for events, so you pick it up and our licensed bartenders pour it. That works in your favor: there is no liquor markup, you pay store price, and unopened bottles are fully returnable. We send a shopping list sized to your menu and guest count and bring everything else: ice, mixers, garnishes and glassware.
What we need at your venue
A level spot and a clear path to the setup area. Everything else is on us. The horse trailer is fully self-contained: it carries its own water and runs on its own silent battery power, so there is no generator and nothing to plug in. The bar carts carry their own water as well and only need one standard wall outlet nearby. The trailer sets up outdoors; the carts work indoors or out and roll through a standard doorway, and stairs are fine if someone can lend a hand.

How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better, especially for weekends in spring and fall. Popular dates go months ahead. That said, we do our best with shorter timelines. Events inside 48 hours need a quick confirmation from our team rather than instant booking.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A 50 percent deposit secures your date, with the balance due the day of the event. Your date is not held until the deposit is received.
How far will you travel?
We serve roughly a 65-mile radius around our Franklin, Tennessee home base, covering greater Nashville and well beyond. If your venue is near the edge of that range, start a booking and the form will flag it, or reach out and we will sort out the details.
Are you licensed and insured?
Completely. Every setup is fully licensed, insured and permitted, and our bartenders hold the required Tennessee ABC server permits. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, we are happy to provide one.
Can the menu be customized?
Always. Signature drinks named for the couple, your event colors on the bar, a favorite latte or a house cocktail: tell us the vision and we tailor the menu, the garnishes and the look to match.
Do you serve non-alcoholic options?
Yes, and they are a highlight. Craft espresso and lattes, infused lemonades, dirty sodas and mocktails mean there is something for every guest, all ages included.
